Great gift shop & friendly chats with the owners! They have a gazillion puzzles, some fresh games for all ages, and my favorite was a display of historic Japanese small kites & several large paper kites. Plus a bunch of pictures posted of their coolest beach kites
Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and the surrounding area is great for kites. I had to pick up a few spools of line here. They have nice wooden spools with varying weights which were helpful for flying my homemade box kite in 20 mph winds or more. The staff was knowledgeable and kind and helpful. I hope that stores like these continue to thrive.
