Kruk Cards

I can tell the people who left bad reviews didn't take the time to contact Kruk Cards prior to leaving harsh words. If they had, they would be raving about how Kruk went out of their way to correct the issue and make them a satisfied customer! In a 30,000sqft warehouse full of SKU #'s on every item, sometimes the wrong item gets pulled, or the customer receives something that was meant for someone else, or the inventory was miscounted...but unless you contact them, how are they supposed to know and fix the problem for you? Those who do take the time to send a message or give them a call end up getting the issue resolved to their satisfaction. The ones that run to Google and leave a bad review (without giving the company an opportunity to right the wrong) remain upset about their experience when whatever the issue was could've been easily corrected! Kruk Cards goes out of its way to accommodate the customer and keep them coming back for more! If that isn't your experience...it could've been! Maybe try a different approach when there's an issue. They will ALWAYS make it right! Communication goes a long way!

Bought from here before. Didn’t have an issue the first time. The second time, I had an issue. Steve messaged me back with a sarcastic and rude response. Messaged him back. No response. Unprofessional, lost a customer. If you ever choose to buy team issued or game used equipment, please go check out truvalue123 or hblakewolf out on eBay instead, and don’t waste your time with Steve.
