LA Comics and Collectibles

This is a shout-out to LA Comics and Collectibles. I went a few days ago to check out their GI JOE selection, thinking that it would be a few classified figures (which they had for all you modern fans out there), but I was blown away by their vintage GI JOE collection. They had some figures I thought I would never see. If you're still reading this and you love GI JOE, just go already. They also have a great vehicle selection.

This local card/toy shop is exactly what every collector hopes to find. The owner is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the hobby — you can tell they care about both their customers and the community. The selection is always great, from singles and packs to rare finds, and prices are fair and competitive. It’s awesome supporting a small business that actually takes the time to chat, answer questions, and make sure you’re happy with what you buy. Whether you’re into Pokémon, sports, or TCGs, this place has something for everyone. Easily my go-to card store in town — highly recommend checking it out!

My family and I love coming in to this store to browse and talk with the very kind owner. They have so many cool collectibles to see and have recently started a Pokemon room for people to come play and are even willing to teach you. Definitely recommend you dropping in if you’re around shelbyville ☺️
