Absolutely adorable shop and the best customer service. I had so much fun designing my hat. Can’t wait to visit Pagosa again and design another one.
My five year old son knocked on the door during business hours (5 PM, and they close at 6). The lights were on, people were inside, but the door was locked. My wife just wanted to buy a couple of hats. When someone finally came out to open the door, she was incredibly rude. If that was the owner, she has no business treating customers like that. Forget your “private party” excuse—if you’re open, act like it. Pagosa deserves better.
One of the best boutiques I have been too. The owners Maddie and her mom were beyond sweet and personable! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Pagosa! Also don’t forget to take advantage of the Hat Bar!
