Update...I will NEVER go back. finally received the title, not certified, not over night, and mailed after we started calling. So a month after the purchase we got it. And its not even our paperwork. I cannot register the vehicle because they sent the WRONG papers for it The salesman we were dealing with actually failed to return our calls. But we drove out from Minot anyway. Met with a different one, all that was fine. But getting the title mailed to use was a nightmare. Check cleared, and we waited. And waited. And called every day. Were told they mailed it but could not provide a tracking number. So I take that to mean they never mailed it. And the title guy Cody admitted that they normally overnight it but he didn't want to pay the $29. Seriously, we just bought a truck from you. It's been a month, still waiting for the title. And Cody seem unable to return phone calls

Awful experience there with their “top saleswoman” of 2024. Will not be back. We went in for my car, my husband redirected her to me for questions multiple times, she asked budget, went way over and became upset when we couldn’t afford it. My husband used to be a car salesman and she didn’t ask any of the right questions, just told me I couldn’t afford what I wanted. If she would have asked about my downpayment and trade in, she would have known I could in fact afford it. She also wouldn’t show us any of the vehicles we asked to see, just the more expensive ones she wanted to show.

They sent me down the road with my car not running right. Couldn't spend 5 minutes taking off my rotor cap and tightened the screw on my rotor. I could of done it but I'm disabled and my hands don't work right. I was from out of town. So they told me my wife and 8 year old grandson. Good luck I hope you make it.
