Lake Country Cards

Tim, Lorena, Boonie, Chris, Josh, Lexi, Austin and all others that work here are very good people that care about the experience of all their customers. The shop is clean, and inviting. The prices are not displayed on post its, and their wax wall always has something for anyone to rip. There are not pile and piles of cards all over the floor and counters that are not organized. They have good cards for sale and are always willing to listen to your stories. They are real OGs in the industry and treat their customers like family and will do anything to help them. Above all, they are all HONEST people. Which is hard to find in this hobby. Most importantly, the way they treat kids is matched by no one. My son loves to visit the shop and hang out with everyone. Would rate higher if I could.

This card shop is very clean and well organized. Prices for Pokemon card singles and packs are fair. The staff are all friendly. You can tell they care about the hobby and are knowledgeable/excited to talk about it. They even gave my 3 year old a goodie box that kept him occupied while I looked through cards.

We made our first visit today, not knowing that it was an event day with PSA representatives and such. The hospitality level was really wonderful and the atmosphere was happy and bustling. Their welcome (and gift bag) to my son made the stop a highlight of an already good day. Granted, the excitement of the event made it a bit hard for the almost-gradeschool Brewer and Pokemon fan to focus on sifting through bins like his *dad* wanted to do, but that's hardly a strike against the store. :-) My son wanted to share some comments, too, even after the excitement died down. "They were amazing and [the owner] was so kind and they had amazing stuff, too. Their event was really cool."
