If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I give this place a one star because their customer service is excellent. The workers are kind and welcoming. What removes the other 4 stars are their business practices. I came into their store wanting to support a local card shop and I left without spending a penny. When a local starts to sell at a scalper's market price, they become scalpers themselves. Yes, I understand they're a business. Yes, I understand this is their livelihood. Yet, I know that some of their business tactics are greedy. I think they'll create cognitive dissonance to dispute this fact. That's okay. Because in due time, the results will show in their eventual collapse and failure. That is unless they grow beyond their old ways. I do believe that they are a good business, but their insidious greed will be their undoing. I just hope they can grow and continue to be a better beacon for the lake Charles card community.
