Mavericks Cards and Comics

Great comic shop with a good collection of cards. My favorite part is stopping in to see what's been traded in. They get in some nice loose figures & completed BAFs & tend to be cheaper than a lot of the other collectible stores in the area. They get a lot of good markdowns in old trades too, which is great if you're a collector on a budget. Staff is always super friendly & helpful too!

Im new to the area and just discovered Mavericks. I was impressed with the wide variety of items they had to offer. As well as the prices. From both vintage and modern Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Marvel, Garbage Pail kids, Marvel and DC as well as Sports cards on top of a well organized selection of comic books and graphic novels as well as a pretty nice range of new and previously owned collectible figures and other toys. The pricing seems to be more than fair. Packs of cards im used to paying around $6 each for are below $4 at Mavericks. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definately be a frequent shopper. As a matter of fact I plan to go directly there after my shift tomorrow.

I stop by Mavericks almost every day and always have a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the shop is full of awesome comics, cards, figures, and models. I highly recommend this place!
