Mithril Adventures

I haven't been able to play at the store as I only get to visit occasionally on my lunch breaks so I can't speak to that. However, everyone I've encountered has been friendly and helpful even the customers who have offered advice on cards to buy for decks that I was building. I stopped by recently to buy a few cards and packs for my son from the new Spiderman set and mentioned my son wanted the Miles Morales welcome deck but that he was 8 so i wasn't sure about bringing him to the tournament. They gave me a deck to give him. I told staff member that my son had kind of switched from Pokemon to Magic with me because of all the scalpers and the scarcity of the product. I bought a few Pokemon packs that were reasonably priced and he even gave me the promo card from the box to give to my son. Hard to beat service like that.

I have visited this store 3 times. The first time was great. The second and third were horrible. The prices for MTG stuff is very overpriced. If you need to buy Magic cards, packs or sets, do so elsewhere. For instance, Modern Horizons 3 set booster box is priced 120 dollars more than you can get it pretty much anywhere else. A little mark-up would be fine, but to pay 40% more is ridiculous. I don't know if any of their other products are overpriced, but based on the magic products I would be very careful about buying anything here. I was hoping that I could make it my main store, but unfortunately it looks like I'll still be going to Tulsa when I need anything. If you want a place to sit down with friends and play a game, it's probably still a decent place and that is the only reason I did not give this establishment a 1 star.

No matter what your interests are, this place has something for you. Interested in Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, or Dungeons & Dragons? This is a place for you! Have no idea what any of that means? How do you feel about board games, card games, and just having a place to have family game night or share a drink over a lunch break with a friend? This place has that, too! This shop is genuinely like a home away from home. The community this place fosters has led to what I feel are genuine friendships with people I didn't even know existed three months ago, and still wouldn't if this shop weren't here. Everyone is welcome at Mithril Adventures, and if anyone could possibly overstay their welcome, it would probably be us 🤣
