I don't often write reviews, but this game shop is most likely the most comfortable i've ever felt walking into into a card shop my whole life. the staff member I spoke with was kind and polite, I felt welcome the moment I walked into the store. I placed an online order it was already set aside waiting for me when I came in the next day. the banter back and forth was lovely while i was picking up and they were making sure the order was correct. this place is an hour drive from where I live, and I will prolly make this store the first place I look/go next time I'm looking for any kinda of card game over my local shops where I live.

I am happy they had the stuff i wanted. However, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE for you to be out of box promos on Day 1 of a set release shortly after noon? You were open leas than an hour and a half and there wasnt a line for FF7 product. No promos available for buying a collector box? For buying a draft box? Did you only receive 1? This is the second time its happened to me here on day 1 of a release. Very irked. This silly little perk for buying boxes was good while it lasted.
