Not Just Gamin'

I am extremely frustrated by an incident that occurred today at your store. I purchased a minifigure that was priced at $4.99 but was incorrectly rung up as $14.99. The store acknowledged their error, which, based on their email, seems to be a common problem. However, their proposed solution—that I physically return the item—is deeply unhelpful and costly for me. With two young children, navigating a 102°F heatwave to return a single item is an undue burden. On top of that, the $10 I would spend on gas to make this trip means I would effectively be paying for your store's mistake. It's a matter of principle: when a store makes a pricing error, they should honor the price displayed. This situation feels like I am being penalized for your operational oversight. I work hard for my money and choose where I shop carefully. If this is the standard of customer service and pricing accuracy I can expect, I will be finding a different retailer for my future purchases. Plenty of small game stores around with more integrity and care for their customers and the products they sell. Borderlands, A&M Upstate Games, Game Kastle, Gamers Dream Haven, just to name a few.

The best hobby and game store in town! My friends and I have been spending Friday nights here for a year now. Whether you’re there to play games, paint miniatures, enjoy the fun atmosphere, or pick up some new comics, you will always be treated like family by the amazing store team. There’s a great selection of gaming and hobby related products available, all priced very fairly. The staff go above and beyond to secure your orders and preorders, even offering friendly product reminders via Discord message. At the end of the day, the friendly folks here are kind to my friends and family in a wonderful environment. Everyone there loves my pups whenever one of them is in for a visit. There’s always cold drinks and snacks available for when you work up an appetite playing all of the fun games! I can’t recommend this place enough! 10/10!
