I cant speak to the in store experience, but believe the reviews and eBay feedback. Ordered a set of 2 of the new Black Bolt/ White Flare Pokemon set from this seller on ebay. They took a full week to ship the item (despite instantly processing payment / providing tracking) only for the item to arrive with 1 box instead of 2. They don’t even have a listing for the boxes in this set separately. Horrible customer service and was told this was a “warehouse glitch”. Seems very unlikely due to the amount of similar experiences. I also reported them for fraud to the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
