What an amazing card shop. They were so nice and understanding as our son looked at every chrizard and card. He gave amazing prices and was super knowledgeable. Go check them out

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this Pokémon store was just awful. First of all, the customer service was practically nonexistent. I asked a simple question about a card set, and the staff seemed annoyed I even spoke to them. No one offered to help, and when I finally got someone’s attention, they gave me incorrect information and walked away mid-conversation. The store was also a mess—products were disorganized, some of the merchandise looked like it had been opened or handled way too much, and the shelves were dusty. For a place that supposedly specializes in Pokémon, I expected a fun and welcoming environment. Instead, it felt like they stopped caring years ago. Prices were also way above retail for newer sets, and they were charging scalper-level prices for items that are still available elsewhere. Not to mention the limited selection—barely any plushies, figures, or merchandise outside of cards. Worst of all, I witnessed a staff member being really short with a kid who was just excited to talk about Pokémon. Completely uncalled for. If you’re a serious collector or just looking to get something for a fan, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are better, cleaner, friendlier stores out there.

This owner Barry sent me some free Base set cards in really great condition because I have a chronic sinus disease. So to show my appreciation I sent him a PSA 10 graded card and some really nice Near Mint Singles I purchased at my local card shop. Well to make a long story short I even mentioned how I grade cards. So basically this guy is taking people's kindness and sickness for weakness and taking advantage of people. Be careful of what cards you purchase from this guys shop or what he sells on his livestream. He is tapering with cards with chemicals and other methods. Unfortunately for me for trusting this person to have good quality cards I was deceived and swindle of 100.00 after sending the cards he gifted me. I sent the cards to PSA to be graded and PSA told me these cards couldn't be graded because they have been tampered with. Calling it ungradable. The card I sent out to be graded were 1 Professor Oak 2 Squirtle 2 Wartortle all from Base Set 1999 2000 set.
