ONE PIECE CARD GAME Official Shop Arlington Heights IL

Friendly staff and clean environment. They sell seal products which is great because when I went to the Ohio store they did not.

Seriously don’t know what these negative reviews about the staff are talking about. Love coming to this place, the staff are always nice and professional. MSRP and great anti scalper practices. I’m willing bet a lot negative reviews were from scalpers having their boxes plastic wrap cut open.

the husband and i went to get some OP11 packs, got 5 dud packs at first. totally fine! it was the last few packs available in the box anyway so what could you expect. after, we decided went to go back once they opened a new box and saw the cashier allowing two customers ahead of us to select what packs they wanted from the newly opened box versus what they usually do, which is just give whatever packs are on top. literally seeing the two guys taking packs in and out of the box and free weighing them in their hands. we get up to the front and request 6 packs. the cashier then gives us the last 4 of the newly opened box and the last 2 dud packs of the previous box… are you serious? there have been few new employees recently and they really need to get a handle on how to properly sell. it’s inappropriate and wrong to try and trick patrons into taking the garbage. please don’t do this again…
