"Great place to gather and have fun" Wife and I have been here a few times during our escapades up to Tucson. The staff (at least the few people we've encountered) are friendly and very helpful. One of the best things about this store is that it's one of the few (if not the only place) that sells and has a wide selection of weiß schwarz cards. I've bought a few 7DS booster boxes here. They also have a nice selection of candles 🕯

This was an attempt to try and add a new store to my places I go to game. I participate in a game that requires an app from the manufacturer to register for the events. This process works successfully for a half dozen other stores I already frequent. Otaku nation runs into two issues here. First the information in their app listing is scarce (which if they are running evens as the manufacturer recommends would not be a problem) However even the start time for the events does not reflect in the app when the event actually starts. In the app the start time was listed as 5 however they started the event at 4 when they open the doors. This too would not be a problem if it was listed in the apps event page. The reason the store gave for this discrepancy was "Bandai has not given us enough product to run the event at 32 which we listed." They then critiqued that i should see their discord. This is can be unreasonabe because as a new customer the knowledge of events needing discord interaction is nigh impossible to know (once again more details in the app event listing could rectify) and already turns down a new customer. There are two very easy ways ways to rectify this 1) don't list 32 event particpants list less based more off of a realistic expected product vs store occupancy. You can always add people after the fact a concept of under promis over deliver making possible down trodden customers feel accomplished because they were able to get in on an event they may not have been able to, 2) If you are shorted on a product have everyone who registered through the intended means attempt to show up on time then go threw the list in order and explain how the event was properly supported. Both those ways let you be responsible in how you treat people and are respectful to your customers. Now if this was the first time this company shorted materials for a new product it would be one thing but this is a trend they have had for a while now. Now instead of being the distributors fault for improper distribution now its Otaku's fault for setting unrealistic expectations. Further more the customer service was poor treating a new customer as it was as much their fault for not intrinsically knowing how they deviate from standar operations when they do not list their events correctly or fully. I hope this was helpful in choosing your gaming store and I hope you have an amazing day if nothing else.

Lots of merch to choose from; I go in regularly for the figures and the prices are great. Any time I've added items to the list they have for suggested items customers want to see in the store they were added. New point system is awesome! Ive spent over 1000$ since going and being able to use rewards points now is awesome! They put their new stock up on their social media and even responded at about 11pm to answer my questions when messaged 😅 (sorry for the late message). The owner is friendly to both me and my husband every time we come in and sometimes there's a cute dog to greet you as well! Will continue to go back for their high quality figures.
