Today I had one of the most wholesome experiences at a board game store. Not to say other places are not nice but Felix is at another level. As I just walked in for my first time, Felix came by and I said “How is it going?” he replied gently, extended his hand for a firm handshake and introduced himself. I am a LOTR LCG fan and he basically walked me through the store and checked prices on all of the products they have in that genre including sleeves and game mats. Their price is very competitive, even cheaper than Amazon on some games so I have their website and the store on my radar that I am looking forward to making some purchases going forward. I also overheard from a chat between Felix and a 5 year old young boy, he said “Do you remember me? You gave me three free Pokémon cards.” Then they exchanged a fist bump. The whole experience is one of the most wholesome experience I had at a game store. The owner definitely nailed it on hiring Felix. Like I said, I will be coming back for purchasing some games.

The staff, Felix especially, are terrific. I’m pretty new to the miniature painting hobby and I couldn’t ask for a better store to visit with questions on all things. Great painting tips, great help, very friendly and the sense of community and care here is unreal. Even a few of the customers that come in for the weekly events helped me pick out a bunch of paints and gave me pointers for at least 30 minutes. Such a great place. TLDR - Highly recommend for customer service/experience and extremely competitive pricing.
