Ordered 5 bottles of handsoap in April. Only had 1 bottle shipped. The same handsoap is still showing on website as available. After multiple attempts to get remaing product owed to me (I do understand Covid has hindered supplies) but should at least get back my money i requested 2 months ago. Just dont understand... customers pay the second they order but takes months or maybe never get your money back for something you ordered and they dont have.
