An awesome place with an awesome owner! I really dig the atmosphere of his store. The selection of comics are large with a great variety of new and old comics. And even though I think the prices are a little overpriced, the store is well worth the visit.

This store, while a bit out of the way, is a goldmine. They have so much merchandise, I found things I was looking for that I couldn't get elsewhere. When approached, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This store has a relaxed and playful vibe that welcomes in both new and experienced comic book needs, those looking for a specific board game, or even just those wanting to explore. If you walk into this store without expectation of getting anything, know you WILL walk out with something.

I'm not from North Carolina. I was just in town on vacation and wanted to stop by the shop while I had the chance. Really glad I did. As soon as I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the owners actually came out and greeted me themselves. That kind of hospitality stuck with me. You can tell they care about the shop and the people who walk through the door. The store itself is great. Tons of back issues, all well organized, and at prices that were more than fair. I found a few older titles I hadn’t seen in years. It felt like digging through a hidden treasure chest, the kind of comic shop that invites you to linger and explore. This isn’t just a quick in-and-out kind of place. It has a real sense of character. You get the feeling that if you lived nearby, this would easily become your regular spot. For me, it’s going to be my go-to whenever I’m back in town. If you're into comics and you're anywhere near the area, make the trip. You'll be glad you did.
