Very kind and very knowledgeable staff.Joseph and Tim took extra time to assist me with my problem. They were very pleasant and patient with the senior clintel who came into the store while I was there.

Charged $60 analysis fee just to crack open my broken laptop and tell me it was broken. They called to tell me it was broken and that it was a motherboard issue so I asked them to price me a motherboard and never got a call back. On pickup of my broken laptop they said they could price a motherboard for me, but that was supposed to be done days prior. If you know anything about computers then you will understand that these workers are unprofessional amateurs.

My SSD failed causing my screen cannot turn on they were able to diagnose it reinstall a fresh windows and replace my my SSD from a 1 TB to a 2 TB unfortunately the 2 terabyte is slower in my original but the bottom line is they were able to fix it in a timely manner
