Mark and Shannon are amazing people and their business reflects that. My husband and I have always wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons together, but could never seem to find a place willing to accept new players. The Play Portal opened their doors and invited us right in! They have a wide variety of board games, if RPGs aren’t your cup of tea! They also have a wide assortment of other RPGs if you’re wanting to try something different. They have common areas where you can mingle and play with others there looking to play and private rooms for those that want to set up a private game session. They will host all kinds of parties, cooperate events, birthday parties, etc! Thank you for creating a friendly safe haven for fellow nerds to come together!

I absolutely love that Paducah has a place like this! It's so much fun for kids of all ages, and the prices are very reasonable. The owners are wonderful to talk to and incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this spot for a great family outing!

Play portal is a great place to kill some time when visiting downtown paducah! Not only can you drop in to play some games before an event, but it's a super affordable place to hang out with friends. The owners are super accomidating and allow you to bring in outside food and drink. It's the perfect spot to play long form games if you don't have room at home!
