Pretty big store everything's organized by each set, whether they're promos or fast-food, English are 100 percent separate from other regions, definitely a great place to find single cards for decent prices. My rating is low because of the staff, or workers in the shop didn't even get up from their laptop to physically check or ask other employees about a specific card that my boyfriend had messaged the shop earlier this week on Instagram about, its a specific pikachu card, and he asked if it was the only one they said yes, he asked if it was available and was told yes, he asked what the hours were, they said 10 to 6 to which my boyfriend said im gonna try to get there after work one day, and if not he would be by this weekend and if they could hold it for him. He was never answered, and when he followed up and asked again if it was available again he was left on read. In hopes it was put aside for him we drove the 40 minutes to the store... for this person to just say no and not even look anywhere that wasnt within eye shot of his seat.. and could've care less to even listen to him when he tried saying he had messaged the shop prior.

Awesome card shop. The staff is really cool and incredibly helpful. Tons of cool graded and non graded cards to look at. One of the biggest selections around for singles. Always has great sealed product available everything from base set to current sets. Up to date pricing as well as pricing that matches the condition of the card. Can’t say enough good things about this store and the staff. Update: Just wanted to add Chris is the man. Super knowledgable and really cool

Pokémon Trainers Universe is hands down one of the best collectible stores we’ve been to! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the amazing energy. The store has such a welcoming vibe — clean, well-organized, and clearly set up with care. Rod, the owner, is truly one of the nicest store owners my husband and I have ever met. He’s super chill, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can genuinely tell he loves what he does. His positive attitude and passion for the hobby are reflected in every corner of his store. The collection is impressive and thoughtfully curated, and the customer service is truly one of a kind. We left feeling excited and appreciated — something you don’t find everywhere. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re a Pokémon fan or just love great service and good people!
