Preplayed Xchange

I was a frequent customer and loved browsing their dvd and blu ray section since I collect physical media. One day I walked in to try and sell 2 consoles and 4 controllers. The read head guy named Collin was super off putting immediately and was letting me know he would probably pass on EVERYTHING before even looking at it, since I had them still in my hands. I asked him the reason and he had no real response. He went ahead and checked them for a half hour just to not except anything at all. (mind you I verified most things worked before trying to sell) He left a game disc outside of the console which I asked him if he could clean it, which he then turned rude and up charged me from literally the previous day. I asked him what his problem was and if he is feeling alright, which he also didn’t really respond to. Again I visited frequently but never again since they don’t value loyal customers. The 2 stars is because the other employees are decent and friendly, especially the long haired guy with glasses.

Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They’ve got a huge variety of games, DVDs, Blu-rays, as well as consoles and accessories. Prices seem reasonable as well. Great experience all around!

Lots of gems, friendly staff, got a sweet anime series for reasonable price. I would have gotten much more, seeing Die Hard on laser disk was pretty sick and many other childhood/teenage year memories.
