So I bought 3 items from these guys and everytime I contacted them through EbayLive they couldnt answer my questions so they told me to email Joe. I did that. Joe didnt write back. So I sent them another message telling them Joe didnt write back so then they still couldnt help me and blamed Joe. So I rated them a 1 star on EbayLive saying their customer service is terrible. These guys who are AKA FiveStarboyz scamming people with fake autographs started talking sheet about me in their live saying I was a hater and that I didn't like them so thats why their feedback has negative comments. I dont even know who these guys are it was my first time ever in their stream because it was their first time streaming on EBayLive. These guys are screaming in their livestream to contact them but yet they dont return emails. You cant make this sheet up. Well boys you earned yourselves another negative review. Keep shooting yourselves in the foot

Dropped a jersey off to get signed , no call back after the signing . 6 weeks later after no returned calls or emails stopped in to pick up to find out they didn't get it signed . No call or anything. Refund was issued but terrible customer service . Take your business elsewhere unless you want the run around

Autograph events don’t start as advertised because they have them sign their own items in the back of the store for the first 40+ minutes. This has been my experience at two different events and the most recent one was advertised as 6-8pm but didn’t start until 7pm. No employees came out to say anything to those waiting in line. Seems like an easy fix, just advertise the times appropriately or say something to customers.
