My sons Meta Quest 2 charging port melted a cable and the plastic 9n the device. I called and they said they could fix it so I brought it in! They fixed it in about a week! The repair was $100 with a 30 day warranty and you only pay if they can fix it. They did a great job!

I took my PS1 slim to pro console repair to have a very common issue fixed with it, and they and they handed it back to me saying that it was unrepairable without even researching or opening the console. It's pretty disappointing that and allegedly reputable repair shop wouldn't even try.
