Realms Fantasy Games

Used to be a great place.Employees don't have a level of customer service. Don't treat customers who have played there for along time poorly. Do yourself a favor avoid the drama and play somewhere else. Pay your money to play somewhere they are customer centric and you dont feel like you need a shower after you leave.

Even though i look like a kid, doesn't give them the right to rip me off. I know they need to make money but they still. I will not trust them again after being told that my 200+ cards were only 5$ all together. I even had many rare ones including limited editon ones. The more and more i think about it, i should have be less stupid and said i couldnt take that offer. I hope they are happy with this because i will not visit any realms fantasy games locations ever again. Also, when i called them a few days after i was in there, i asked about a pokemom card that i saw in their pokemon section, and he told me to wait while he looks at their system, only to tell me that they dont have anything Pokemon related in their shop. Their staff has given me poor treatment everytime ive been in their store. Every staff member i have met has been very rude, and are too lazy to get off their butts to look at their display cases instead of a computer screen to search a card that may or may not be in the system yet.

As a player and as the Magic the Gathering card guy I have been at Realms a lot over the last few years. The main reason I go is to help my fellow Military Veteran who owns the shop (Steve). I know as a friend that he cares very much about the gaming community and wants Realms to be a safe and fun place for kids and adults alike. We have recently had a change in staff there and we have more then 95% of the stores products up on the website which can be purchased from or just used to see what we have when your planning on coming to the store. I personally love the player mentality we currently have here. I also love the way we have the magic cards displayed (My Idea...). All in all its a great place with great prices and cool players to hang out with when you can. I love meeting new people and talking to them :) So I look forward to seeing you all soon!!! (Friday and Saturday Nights I am usually around)
