By far the most welcoming to players of all ages TCG store I have come across. I am proud to call this my home store and all of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly while keeping a completely professional atmosphere as well.

I'm new to the Pokémon world and this was my first visit to the store. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. Everything was priced competitively and fairly. I will definitely be back!

Enjoy checking out new shops from time to time. Saw Refined had recently reopened after construction & figured I’d go see what they have been up to since I last visited 4 years ago. Seem to still have a great community of players & it is nice seeing a shop focus on the actual players of the game. Singles are very well priced, but their sealed product was significantly overpriced above market for a shop focused on getting cards into gamers hands with purchase limits. A DR booster box for 425? Tough to pay a $50 premium on that just to support “local”. This is only my opinion & personal experience on what I saw, and doesn’t mean I am correct. I realize running a business costs $$$ and if that’s where they need to price to stay open, I completely understand. Unfortunately, I shared a similar experience as some of the past negative reviews. Just very difficult/apprehensive from the time I walked through the door and it took longer than expected to be treated like a potential paying customer. Found a few things to purchase to support the LCS, but I would rather focus on supporting other shops/vendors in the area consistently because something is just “off” with the attitude of the staff that I interacted with. I would say the shop is definitely worth checking out for anybody that enjoys playing or collecting or even making new friends, but it just was not one of my better experiences. I do believe their heart is in the right place, though.
