Short haired lady basically flat out accused my boyfriend and I of being scalpers for wanting TWO packs of cards for TWO people. Totally crazy request apparently. I feel bad for the lady with longer hair who is genuinely nice and sweet, but there’s no way I will to go back to a shop where the workers are rude enough to make a person want to cry for no reason. I understand policies and it’s fine but there is absolutely no reason to be so rude to a paying customer. BTW, if I was a scalper why would I go to a place who sells things at above MSRP. We just like to play Pokémon 🥶😢

Been buying comics from them since May of this year. Always great with questions and explaining stuff to people new to collecting comics. Always great on communicating on special orders and making sure product is in a satisfactory condition before sending it out. Great staff can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been to a lot of game stores around the country and this one has some of the most friendly people working there. I bought a card game there that was missing a card. They called some locals and came up with one so I could get to playing right away.
