This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store & both experiences exceeded expectations! The first time, I was looking for a specific product. It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays. The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. The gift appeared at my door wrapped complimentary. Both experiences, the people who work here couldn’t be nicer; they truly understand the value of good customer service!

This is the most amazing place. Educational toys and fun family board games are the focus and my kids are obsessed with visiting because they are always greeted as if they are old friends and encouraged to try out everything. Every game or item can be tested and they are so knowledgeable about all the items (they test them all themselves so can talk about the details). It was one stop shopping for Christmas and for every birthday party we attend. They even wrap presents for you, which is amazing. Love, love, love this store.

I'm giving Sage Explorers a big shout out and recommendation if you're looking for toys. They're on bank lane across from Left Bank. 1. Hands on! The owner was so good to Charlie. She unboxed toys for him to try, and she even played a game with him that I ended up buying. He had so much fun! 2. No security cameras - this is a community store that trusts its residents. We felt very comfortable in here, unlike some toy stores that have signs around telling you you're on camera. I didn't feel stressed that I was going to get in trouble with Charlie running around. 3. Unique toys. We found some really cool things here that no other toy store in the area has, and we've been to them all. 4. Affordable. 5. Lots of nice little touches, like wish list cards that your child can fill out and take home if you're just getting ideas for the holidays. I'll be doing my Christmas shopping here and I hope everyone else supports them too!
