Pros: -Nice group of employees. -Well laid-out clean store. -Good amount of options for some things. -Events with a designated part of the store for play. Cons: -Overall, a little pricey. (Very apparent with stuff like Pokemon products) -No pre-orders for future products -Only offer store credit for trade-ins and at 60%. Very low. Definitely worth checking out but depending on your hobby you'll have to decide if you want to keep coming back.
Go in every so often to check out the pokemon cards and on some of them they write the condition on them if they're in rough shape. If they don't have anything written on them then I assume that they're in good condition but this is the second time now that I've bought cards from them and the card(s) is damaged to the point that they should've disclosed it like they do on some of the other ones.
