Shoppop used to be a legit company to order from, but at some point this place turned into an absolute scam. It's honestly a shame. There are hundreds of people waiting on orders they'll never get from what I've seen between posts on Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Reddit and the BBB. This company will never respond to any kind of communication at all. If you've ordered anything with them recently, just file a charge back with your CC company because you'll never see the product. I have several orders that I've been waiting on for almost 2 years now, which I've not received. And, I've not been able to get an email response for well over 6 months now. Thanks for stealing my money, Shopop. Appreciate you.

I also placed two orders last year. Did not receive any product. The phone number just rings. I initially received a few email responses months ago but they stopped answering. Fortunately I have the email communication and order receipt. Despite my order totaling about 50 bucks I’ve retained an attorney and will be pursuing legal action. People like this deserve to be held accountable. If you’ve also been wronged by this company I’d urge you to do the same. Expect a summons soon scumbags!

This place is awesome! The staff is super cool and friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and gave me a quick tour of the whole shop. Clean, wide open spaces and a good lighting make this shop look much better than some other places I've been. Major bonus points for having a large selection of everything from FunkoPop to Star Wars to Pokemon/Yugioh cards and collectible statues and figures, all at actual MSRP! Plus they have weekly TCG tournaments and are putting together a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. This is my new favorite collectibles shop, and once you visit it will be your new favorite too.
