The lady in the office is a bit rude, the guy unloading is very polite. It looks like a game of good cop and bad cop

Having worked with St. Charles Trading for the last four years has been nothing short of great. Starting with customer service and ending with their logistics team and in between; every contact I've met has been professional and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite suppliers to work with.
