Sun City Games

Not only did the guy who helped me have a horrible attitude, the shops Pokemon section was a robbery, I’d feel bad for a kid and a clueless mom if they ever came here. Not to mention a super expensive card with a letter “M” on it which in most cases that would mean “mint” but as I was looking at the card the guy claimed “MP” as in moderately played when really the card was DAMAGED and it the price it had was literally a Near Mint price on that card. Horrible experience don’t recommend 0/10

Friendly staff greeted us upon entering and were very helpful. They suggested a variety of packs to satisfy new or even the most die hard of collectors. No pressure sales, comfortable AC, and a large selection. Great first time experience for both new and veteran collectors!

Sun City Games is a solid local spot for tabletop and card game lovers. They have a wide selection of products, great play space, and host frequent events that bring the community together. The store is well-stocked and organized, and it’s clear they know their stuff when it comes to games and collectibles. However, I did notice a bit of favoritism toward their regulars. As a new customer, it felt like the staff preferred interacting with their usual crowd and weren’t as welcoming or engaging with newcomers. While I understand loyalty to regulars, it would be great if everyone got the same level of attention and energy. Overall, it’s a great store with a strong community vibe just wish the experience felt a little more balanced for all visitors.
