Sweets and Geeks

A hidden gem of a destination type store. It has an absurd assortment of home grown and international sweets and snacks. If that wasn't enough, it is a fully stocked collectibles store: cards, games, miniatures, toys, legos, posters, rare Bandai model kits, Funko figures and on and on. It also has an ice cream bar, a gaming room and one of the largest assortments of Jelli Bellies. Absolutely worth a visit or two.

My first time entering and right out front is a giant Hulk statue. It was fun to see and the store is much larger than it seems inside. It looks like it's a place where people can play board games and D&D and they have a large section in the basement dedicated to it all. The selection of candy and snacks (and soda) were nice and definitely a different experience than Sweeties. I'll try to make it back to see what else they may have later and maybe I'll grab a couple pokemon plushes and finally start a collection! And shout out to the giant Games of Throne throne. That was cool to see

We visited the Sweets and Geeks in the Sandusky OH mall. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering the store. The store is unique and fun. Many, many choices of candy. Some retro candy, newer candy and everything in between. Also has a wide array of items from other countries such as snacks and beverages. For the geeks 🤓 there was star wars merch, Pokémon, I believe dungeons and dragons or something similar and many, many board games to choose from. The store was clean and orderly and just overall a great experience. If you're lucky enough to come across a Sweets and Geeks in your area. I would highly recommend checking them out!!!😁👍
