Table Top Tournaments

I can't begin to fathom how this ended up happening. There was a lorcana drafted event for Aug. 31 boasting a 16 max player limit. It was like that since Friday (to my knowledge) but could have been earlier. I come in 20 minutes before the tournament to then see it's been reduced to 8 players and apparently regardless of when you signed up on ravens burger, it was first come first serve on their site which seems counter productive (why even use the ravensburger play hub then?). Now, granted, I wanted to pay in store so I waited until I got there so there would be no hiccup with my payment. I had never been to the store before and wanted to dot my i's and cross my t's. However, the reason for the cut was due to a supply issue (which I totally understand don't get me wrong) but I've been seeing unboxings up to 2 weeks prior to pre release. I checked the hub at 12pm just to make sure I still wanted to go (16 player slots, no notice of a first come first serve system). So in 2 hours and 35 minutes, they realized only then they had a stocking issue... Waste of time and I wish I could be reimbursed for traveling out there to give them a shot because that's not only improper, it's down right moronic. I'm sure they didn't receive the boxes moments ago or were waiting for more t mins before the event. Things could have been communicated better but what can you do.

Sold resealed Pokemon card packs. Top was crimped and had repeat holos and ex’s inside.

Always a good time with the more popular current TCG games. Has a good amount of organization products. Holds a good amount of events. Has a good rewards program that I wish more shops did. Friendly helpful service and always a friendly in house community.
