Buyer Beware: Pre-Orders My experience with this company has been with one online preorder from December 2023. I have no experience with their physical storefront. Preorder purchased almost two years ago. I get that Funko is Funko and sometimes second and third production runs can take a while, so I’ve done my best to be patient. I’ve tried to check in with these guys once about every 6 months to see if there’s any updates. Currently, it looks like my $72 is long gone as I have gotten no response from my last email. Funko now shows this item as Vaulted and as far as I’m aware that means that it is no longer being produced. Their website does say that preorders are not eligible for cancellation, however it also states that “We are committed to fulfilling your preorder and special request items and work with multiple secondary market distributors to ensure you receive your items when made available.” I don’t see that. I have seen zero effort to make this right with me. I get that things happen, mistakes can be made, but it’s what you do about it in those situations that makes a company great (or not).

Thankyou, for having such a wonderful selection of not only Comics, but my God! The Holy Mecca of Funkos!! Was really glad to be able to walk into a store and have endless choices of Funkos, to choose from! Very friendly staff, and great prices! Would highly reccommend to others, and I'll definitely be returning very soon. Thanks!

Awesome shop—and I’ve been able to find Funkos there I couldn’t find anywhere else. Great variety of other pop culture items as well.
