The Collector's Cave

The shop is absolutely incredible. It has something for everyone of all ages and all interests from vintage sports cards and Pokémon to all the new and exclusive products that nobody can get their hands on. The professionalism displayed during my visit was unmatched. These are a bunch of guys who love what they do, and ensure that every person who walks through the door feels like family and part of the Collector’s Cave culture. Highly highly highly recommended for all!

Honestly disappointed because i actually like the store and come pretty often to see what they have. Was told one of the workers was a “pro” and does “magic” when it comes to cracking slabs. In the process damages my psa 9 charizard vstar and completely destroyed my chances of resubmitting for a psa 10 and all they said was “sorry man that’s not my responsibility” The same worker who cracked my slab looked both sides of the card because i asked “do you think it’s psa 10 worthy?” and said no ONLY because of a dot of whitening on the corner. Didn’t seem to care when it happened even after being told that the card was being cracked to resubmit to psa. Horrible customer service form their part.

Finally, an amazing place in a great location in Great kills. The collectors cave has a vast amount of cards and memorabilia that sure to bring out the kid in you. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and my son spends many days here searching for the perfect card. Great for any hobbies I would highly recommend the collectors cave if you’re in the area.
