The manager, James, is a really great guy! Had a little mishap with an item being shipped but he went out of his way to make sure is still got my correct package in time! With all the moving parts in a business, things are bound to eventually happen, its how a business takes care of it when things go wrong that really makes them shine! Thanks again!

Most of the staff is nice and helpful. The owner has a personality of a carrot. And if you are new to a game, do yourself a favor and play somewhere else. The magic community here is full of sweaty min/maxers that view themselves as "elite"
