The Exp Room

Went in the other day when someone from the computer store came over and said they were closed and I wasn’t allowed to look because he had a computer store to run. Went back today with my kiddos and the guy at the card counter was too busy to welcome us in and never asked if we wanted to look at anything or had any questions. After about 15 minutes finally wanted to buy something so stood at the counter while he was still ignoring me finally pulled out my wallet thinking that would be enough of a hint. Stood there with my card in hand for a few minutes without being acknowledged before just walking out. Honestly had a solid selection of MTG cards at decent prices but didn’t enjoy the experience. Won’t be back.

As others have pointed out the service of this business horrible. Its one of the only local locations that carries trading card game pieces but the employee usually working doesn't want to help and frequently ignores customers. I have had many bad experiences across several visits. I went in looking to buy a storage container and was yelled at because the employee had to build it. I went down to the store on a Saturday, during business hours, but the store was closed. There was no indication or posting about why this was. Today, I called in to ask about prices & inventory. I was lied to and then told to call back. When I called back they answered the phone and when I asked my question again they hung up on me. Save yourself time and a potential headache and avoid The Exp Room. This business doesn't want your business.

Pretty good MTG selection but the service leaves much to be desired. I came in on my lunch break to buy some cards, but the single employee was too busy helping another customer with their computer to even acknowledge me. Rather than taking the 3 minutes necessary to assist me he continued to completely ignore me for the entire 20 minutes that I was there, even when the other customer pointed me out to him. I usually try to support local businesses but I will not be returning to this shop.
