Decided to come in and check this place out before buying anything and got a very warm welcome from very kind and knowledgeable people. They got me excited to come back for some painting and battletech.

Was here last week and had an amazing time! They were super friendly and answered so many of our questions. Had a great conversation with one person about different kinds of paints, specifically florescent paints. He had so much knowledge and really helped me find the paints that would work great for me. Another person helped us pick out a couple Age of Sigmar Spearhead sets. I am not sure if the second guy worked there but they were both so amazing friendly. I really wish I lived near Spokane. Here is what I went home and painted. Huge thank you to the guy that helped me pick out the paints for this.

I called and pre-ordered some products for the Final Fantasy set, I checked in ever few weeks to make sure my reservation was good. The set releases and to my massive disappointment the store is selling the products at "10% under market" to "deter scalping" by basically just scalping the product themselves. I will not be returning to this store as this is not customer friendly behavior. Additionally in times past when I have gone to this store it has not felt welcoming and tends to smell like a locker room.
