The Illuminaudi

How disappointing. I loved to support this store for years but not anymore. If you are a POC, I would reconsider giving them my business. I overheard one of their customers making a joke about Mexicans, twice, and the two employees laughing. During a climate like we are experiencing now, it’s just tasteless and makes you wonder if they are comfortable with those “jokes” (if you could even call them that) then what do they say behind closed doors.

I have a good experience most of the time when I'm in this store, it's also where I get most of my single pokemon cards. However, when I'm specifically instructed to call the store the day of a release, and somebody answers the phone and hangs up on me without even answering my question, it makes me a little reluctant to return. I get it, I've worked a few black Fridays, so I know how crazy release days for trading cards are, but I would still stand firm on being kind and providing good customer service.

Amazing store for your people that love hobby stores. They have plenty of things for card games, video games, the staff is extremely friendly and knows their stuff. Cannot express how highly I recommend paying a visit if you play card games.
