The Magic Shop & More

We had so much fun at this shop today! We were drawn in by the unique tshirts on display. The owner was very friendly and entertained our 7 year old son (and us adults) with several magic tricks. He kindly offered to ship a few t-shirts to my MIL’s home in MN. We will absolutely stop in again next time we visit Astoria!

I’m visiting Astoria for the Goonies 40th anniversary and had one of the greatest days today! The owner of the Magic Shop & More did some magic for me, I’m a sucker for sleight of hand, but he does real magic 👀. I picked up some cool Goonies swag, a good magic trick for my son and even some DB Cooper swag..what?!? Hands down, one of the best days of my life and this shop helped sculpt that day!

This place was one of the highlights of Astoria for me. I was only able to spend a bit of time here while we were heading out of town and I got to see a magic trick and received a brief explanation from the proprietor :) much love for the wizards who safeguard this ancient information and disseminate it to eager individuals such as myself. I purchased a trick deck at a reasonable price and got to play with a very cool charlie Chaplin flipbook machine thing.
