This store is selling fake labubu plushies. Yesterday me and my mother went and bought 2 of them assuming they were real. What i heard from their conversation was that to scan the qr code on the box and that they were REAL. We went back today and we were told that he told us they were fake and we were lying about how we were told they were real. He tolds we shouldve known more about the plush before buying, and proceededs to tell my mom that he said they were fake yesterday. If this is true why hasnt he put a sign on the boxes that they were fake?? We got our money back but while i was there i saw he was also selling other fake plushies in clear boxes for 40$, which the ones we paid for were 29.99$ each. You can easily see how fake they are so why are they different prices then the 29.99$ ones if they are fake aswell? He also said that because its HIS business he can sell the fake labubus, but selling counterfeit goods/products is indeed illegal and he should not be doing that.

Toys Hut has the cutest selection of plushies and sensory toys! I came in looking for something soft and cozy and left with the sweetest stuffed bunny that’s now a permanent part of my content setup 🐰💕 The staff was super friendly and didn’t hover, which I appreciated. Everything was well-organized, and they had a great mix of nostalgic and trendy items. Prices were fair, and I’ll definitely be back for more. I’ve been searching for an authentic Labubu toy for a while now, and this place had such a great selection – not just one or two pieces, but an impressive variety of designs and editions that you don’t often see elsewhere. It’s clear they really care about quality and cater to collectors as well as casual buyers. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They answered all my questions with patience and even gave me some background on the different Labubu series and upcoming releases.
