Preordered Gundam iron bloom and clan unity starter decks together, they have a difference of 3 weeks in release date and instead of putting aside an iron bloom deck to then send on the later date with my second item they sold all their allocation and told me to wait 5 months for a restock for them to ship out both items. The prices were already above mrsp and I preordered months in advance and they still couldn’t honor their dates, I Recieved no contact from customer service regarding any delays until I reached out. I would suggest preordering elsewhere Edit: they’ve responded saying they never got any allocation at all for the product so Bandai is at fault for that if true but I still would have appreciated some transparency in letting me know.

If you're looking for vintage classic new table games anything to do with the world of sci-fi superheroes manga and so much more this is your spot. The staff is hand down the best most knowledgeable crew of humans I've ever come across in the genre. I'm an older guy I'm still collecting my action figures I love the vibe of this place the prices are very very reasonable and they buy stuff too. Great spot great place go here every time spend money I demand you do keep this place plump and busy it's a established positive aspect for the community and great business boom I did that here lol.

Pre ordered the Krampus figure…. On 6/6/24 just received the package 7/10/25 and the box is destroyed! It is super disheartening to wait such a long time for a figure and to receive it and it be worth less then what I paid for it.
