Tri-State Baseball Cards is a trading card shop in Dubuque, IA. They carry Sports.
Dave is a great guy. His store is small, but it dose have a wide variety of options available. He also offers a way to send cards to PSA, it might require you to go in at certain times, so I would call to be safe before you go. And waiting for it for a few months for your card/s to come back is worth it!
It's such a fun Sports card shop. Always treated well. Always have a good selection of key players' current time. And quite a bit of vintage as well. Always a must stop when in Debuque. If you are looking for sports cards.
Nice store with a good selection of sports cards and boxes for sale.
