Triple Play

Went to play in a gundam starter deck event today ( drove over 1hr 20 mins to get there) to find out that the store employee could not find the product. When he reached out to the owner, turns out the owner left his phone in the store's bathroom. The employee finally got a hold of the owner. The owner sold all the product without earmarking any for the event. He also did not bother to cancel the event. When speaking to the owner he offered us the free promo but refused to apologize and openly expressed he did not care about the customer or there reviews. I will not be going back to this store and I feel bad for the employees who deserve a better boss.

Disappointing. I walked in fully planning on buying cards, and found a lot of things I liked and wanted to get. There were tables set up with several people playing games but no one at the register. After at least 10 minutes of standing at the front counter and not being greeted or even able to tell who was working there I walked out. It didn't seem like a very friendly place. Black moon in Lebanon is much more welcoming to everyone who walks in I highly recommend them.

The place apparently doesn't host TTRPG tables all that much. But I ran one there and it was a nice atmosphere. plenty of space to do it too. Huge selection of board games caught my eye. The guy running the place was real friendly.
