I've been using Ugami for a year now, and honestly the support is phenomenal, the most downfall of it a lot of times when you make a purchase big or small, there's a fraud alert email sent to verify, and it seems to happen a lot. But otherwise I will say very good bank to be with especially for us gamers. B)

Dope Office!, they are really cool, and are always willing to teach you and let you exchange ideas, Ugami is a cool place!

Great app and Card looks Nice as well if your interested in that. There awards is good for helping in that extra dollar on their redeem store with you being able to buy peripherals and PC parts and Games as well. all in all I have no reason to say anything bad about them. I had one problem but was solved pretty quickly with there CS and they were nice as well.
