Unplugged Gaming

I traveled over an hour to visit this store with a group of friends, and the experience was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members — a man in a blue shirt — handled a trade with one of my friends in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. The issue wasn’t the value offered for the cards, but rather the rude and condescending attitude displayed throughout the interaction. I’ve visited many trading card game shops and have never encountered treatment like this. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it left my friend clearly upset. Respect and basic courtesy should be standard in any customer interaction, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Honestly the best card shop in the Syracuse area always very friendly and open to questions. Very fair pricing and really fun events every day. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!!!

Have been coming multiple times a week for over a year now and could not recommend this store more. Outstanding staff that are knowledgeable about many games, not just TCGs. They are passionate, engaging, and do a lot of work to make an incredibly welcoming environment. The store itself is clean, well lit, well stocked, and has good ventilation and AC (I would recommend bringing a sweater if you run cold). You can just walk in and play when the store is open provided no events require all of the tables. Smaller weekly events are consistently run which often have prizing. The discord community is very active and positive in my experience. Staff are quick to respond there too!
