This store has a great Vibe that starts with the manager. He is extremely friendly, nice, knowledgable, helpful, and a great ambassador for the miniature hobby. Best Warhammer store I've been to due to the staff!
Always a great experience coming to this store. Zack's always super helpful and friendly; genuinely knows his stuff about the hobby and is always ready to offer good advice about painting or conversions; goes the extra mile when I need a specific kit or model; offers suggestions on how to get what I need if he doesn't have it (which is rare)... just an all-around great guy and place. Really good to know that my local is such a great example of what Warhammer stores can be.
