Tali is as informative as he is supportive. He was able to seamlessly balance walking me through painting technique tips while suggesting different methods of constructing minis to another player without making either of us feel unattended. Wonderfully connected to the official War Games company as well as his own small creator challenges to keep to local players interested. Highly recommend coming here and talking with Tali if you wanted even a quick breakdown of what Warhammer is.

GW/Warhammer is a corporation but this store has a very family owned feeling. The manager is very kind and knowledgeable and makes the effort to learn everyone’s name. He took the time to give my girls a painting class even with it being a busy start to a Saturday. You can tell he isn’t just trying to run a business but trying to build a community of hobbyist and gamers!

First time ever being in a Warhammer store and I had the best possible experience you ever could. The manager, Tali, is an amazing person who personally helped introduce me to the basics and paint my first mini. I could tell this was a good community because the guy knew all of his customers by name, who in turn were also very welcoming. Overall, I look forward to coming back and learning how to run Kill Team with my Ork boiz.
