Amazing store, awesome employees who were super helpful, the bearded gentleman there on 9/27 and 9/28 let me know all the paints I should grab and some techniques for painting. As a beginner to Warhammer it was awesome how much advice he gave

The store needs someone friendlier. He was helpful but was kinda forced. I mentioned a lot of things I wanted to buy but he did not point to one single thing. I wanted specific colors but he kept talking about technique and not colors. I will be back and hopefully he can warm up and be more helpful. 2 star for great selection. He was ok but not what I expected for a Warhammer beginner coming in looking to spend a few thousand $.

Welp… It’s almost 1pm on a Saturday, & it’s still closed. There’s multiple ups notes on the door marking missed packages, & the package is actually going to be returned to sender. Not sure who’s supposed to be running this thing but they need to be fired & replaced. Very disappointing, lazy & unprofessional. When you look at the other reviews here, this has clearly been going on for multiple years.
